We started in 2021 with a simple conviction: blockchain is too important to stay locked inside whitepapers and private Discord servers. Some arrive as complete beginners. Others already ship smart contracts on the weekend. Each session is built to be useful the next morning, not just impressive on a slide.",[11,29,30],{},"Our Student Cohort is the way in. In one free day with no prerequisites, beginners go from the basics of blockchain to self-custody, then on to a hands-on DeFi workshop. Every new edition raises the bar a little higher.",[11,32,33],{},"Then there are the hackathons, where members spend a weekend turning an idea into something that runs. In 2026, they won prizes at ETHGlobal New York, Cannes and Lisbon, ETHDenver, Stellar Hacks: Real-World ZK, Hack4Privacy by iExec and 50 Partners, and XRPL Commons' Hack the Block. We also host our own hackathons and builder events, with the Sui Foundation, Ripple and the Monad Foundation. Some of those weekends turned into internships. They sponsor our events, host technical sessions, set hackathon challenges, and recruit from our community. For students, this is a direct line to the people actually building the industry. A board handles strategy, education, development, events, partnerships, and communication, and every role is filled by someone who chose to give their time on top of their degree.
